ZIND-HUMBRECHT - Alsace

Olivier Humbrecht M.W. produces what are considered to be some of the most hedonistic wines in all of Alsace, and indeed, the planet. Some wowsers, those with a poor perception of RS (Residual Sugar), say the wines are almost too much of a good thing.... I say - to each to his own. These are wonderfully vinous, intense and rich, and they retain their freshness, are superbly elegant, and cellar brilliantly.
