Based in the Mâconnais in southern Burgundy, Domaine Jules Desjourneys cultivates Chardonnay across carefully selected limestone vineyards. Pouilly-Vinzelles comes from parcels planted on clay-limestone soils that provide both freshness and structure. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts in French oak barrels, followed by ageing on fine lees to develop texture while preserving mineral expression. The warm 2019 vintage delivered ripe fruit balanced by natural acidity.
