Based in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, Champagne Hébrart produces Noces de Craie from Pinot Noir grown in Grand Cru vineyards planted on chalk soils. The wine is fermented partly in oak barrels before extended ageing on lees in bottle. The Extra Brut dosage highlights the wine’s natural structure and mineral character.
