Based in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ in Champagne, Champagne Hébrart produces Special Club only in vintages that meet strict quality standards of the Club Trésors grower association. The wine is sourced from selected Premier and Grand Cru vineyards planted primarily to Pinot Noir with Chardonnay providing freshness. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel and oak vessels followed by extended ageing on lees before disgorgement. The warm 2020 vintage delivered ripe fruit balanced by vibrant acidity.
