Located in the Côte des Bar village of Celles-sur-Ource, Champagne Roses de Jeanne produces Les Ursules from a single parcel of Pinot Noir planted on Kimmeridgian limestone soils. The vineyard is farmed organically and fermented with indigenous yeasts before extended ageing on lees. The wine is bottled without dosage to emphasise purity and terroir. The balanced 2021 vintage delivered both freshness and depth.
