Noli Me Tangere comes from old Gamay vines planted on granite soils in Fleurie. Fermented with indigenous yeasts using whole clusters and aged in French oak barrels, the wine develops depth while retaining aromatic precision. The warm 2019 vintage delivered concentration balanced by freshness.
