Sourced from a selection of vineyards across the Morgon appellation, this cuvée captures the classic character of one of Beaujolais’ most celebrated crus. Produced entirely from Gamay, the vines are planted on granite-rich soils that contribute freshness, perfume and energy. Fermentation follows the traditional semi-carbonic method favoured throughout Beaujolais, with indigenous yeasts and minimal intervention preserving the purity of both fruit and terroir. The 2024 vintage offers aromas of red cherry, wild strawberry and peony. The palate is vibrant and approachable, combining juicy fruit with fine tannins and a savoury finish.
