Based in Savennières in the Loire Valley, Thibaud Boudignon farms organically with meticulous vineyard work and low yields to produce precise Chenin Blanc. Anjou Blanc is sourced from selected parcels on schist and volcanic soils around Anjou, planted to Chenin Blanc. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts, followed by ageing in French oak barrels with limited new oak to preserve tension and purity. The 2022 vintage delivered ripeness balanced by natural acidity. Compared to the Savennières bottlings, Anjou Blanc is more immediate and approachable, combining citrus, pear and subtle mineral lift with clean structure and freshness.
