Based in the Chablis region of Burgundy, Patrick Piuze produces Blanchots from one of the easternmost Grand Cru vineyards. The site’s limestone soils and cooler exposure create wines known for their elegance and aromatic lift. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts followed by ageing in stainless steel and neutral oak vessels. The cooler 2021 vintage delivered freshness and clarity.
