Based in the Mosel Valley, Weingut Markus Molitor produces site-specific Rieslings from some of the region’s steepest vineyards including Zeltinger Schlossberg. This Auslese*** Gold Capsule is made from highly selected late-harvest fruit harvested at very high ripeness. Fermentation takes place slowly in large oak fuder, followed by extended ageing to preserve balance. The warm 2015 vintage delivered both concentration and richness.
