Based in Turckheim in Alsace, Domaine Zind-Humbrecht produces Zind as a distinctive white blend inspired by traditional Alsatian varieties. The wine is produced primarily from Chardonnay with smaller proportions of Auxerrois grown on limestone soils. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts followed by ageing on lees to build texture and complexity. The warm 2022 vintage delivered expressive fruit balanced by vibrant acidity.
