Based in Turckheim in Alsace, Domaine Zind-Humbrecht produces Riesling Roche Calcaire from vineyards planted on limestone soils across the estate. These soils contribute both structure and mineral tension to the wines. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts followed by ageing on lees to enhance texture while preserving freshness. The warm 2023 vintage delivered expressive fruit balanced by vibrant acidity.
