Based in Jouy-lès-Reims, Champagne Aubry is recognised for preserving historic Champagne grape varieties. Le Nombre d’Or Campanae Veteres Vites is produced from old vines planted to rare, pre-phylloxera varieties including Arbane, Petit Meslier, Pinot Blanc and Fromenteau, alongside Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Sourced from Premier Cru vineyards with chalk-rich soils, the 2015 vintage was fermented primarily in stainless steel with partial oak ageing to enhance texture. The wine matured for extended time on lees before disgorgement and is released as Brut.
