Based in the Rheingau, Weingut Eva Fricke produces Mélange Riesling as a blend of parcels across the estate’s vineyards. The grapes are sourced from a variety of soils including slate, quartzite and loess. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel followed by ageing on fine lees to build texture. The warm 2022 vintage delivered generous fruit balanced by freshness.
