Based in the Vallée de la Marne, Champagne Hébrart produces Rive Gauche Rive Droite from Grand Cru vineyards located on both banks of the Marne River. The blend highlights Pinot Noir with small amounts of Chardonnay grown on chalk soils. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel and oak vessels followed by ageing on lees in bottle. The warm 2018 vintage delivered ripe fruit and balanced acidity.
