Located in the Maremma region of Tuscany, Fattoria Le Pupille produces the Morellino di Scansano Riserva from selected Sangiovese parcels planted on clay and sandy soils. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel followed by ageing in French oak barrels and large casks to develop structure and complexity. The warm 2020 vintage delivered ripe fruit balanced by firm tannins.
