Saering is one of Alsace’s most distinctive Grand Cru vineyards, characterised by limestone-rich soils that bring remarkable tension and elegance to Gewurztraminer. Farmed biodynamically and harvested by hand, the fruit is fermented with native yeasts and aged on lees to preserve both purity and site expression. The 2021 vintage reveals aromas of rose petal, citrus peel and exotic fruits. The palate is concentrated and refined, combining richness with vibrant acidity and impressive mineral length.
