Located in Gaiole, Castello di Ama cultivates elevated galestro soils for structured Sangiovese. La Casuccia blends mainly Sangiovese with Merlot from a south-facing vineyard. Fermented in stainless steel and aged in French oak barriques, it reflects depth and concentration. The balanced 2019 vintage shows ripe fruit with firm structure.
