Located in Gaiole, Castello di Ama farms estate vineyards on galestro and limestone soils. Montebuoni Riserva is based primarily on Sangiovese with small additions of Merlot and Malvasia Nera. Fermented in stainless steel and aged in oak barrels and barriques, it offers structure and depth beyond the standard Chianti Classico. The 2020 vintage shows balanced fruit and refined tannins.
