Based in Chavanay in the northern Rhône, Domaine Faury produces Viognier from steep granite vineyards within the Condrieu appellation. Le Mornieux is sourced from hillside parcels planted on decomposed granite soils that provide both aromatic intensity and freshness. Grapes are harvested by hand and fermented with indigenous yeasts in French oak barrels followed by ageing on fine lees to develop texture while preserving varietal expression. The warm 2022 vintage delivered expressive fruit and balanced acidity.
