Based in Avize, Pascal Agrapart farms Grand Cru Chardonnay across the Côte des Blancs, working organically in practice with low yields and detailed vineyard care. Fermentations are with indigenous yeasts, full malolactic is completed, and ageing takes place in a mix of neutral oak barrels and tank to balance texture and precision. Terroirs is sourced from old-vine parcels in Avize, Oger, Cramant and Oiry, rooted in classic chalk soils. The NV cuvée blends multiple base vintages with reserve wines and is matured around three years on lees before disgorgement. Released as Extra Brut with low dosage, it captures the house style: fine, saline and structured. Compared to 7 Crus, Terroirs is more focused and mineral, reflecting exclusively Grand Cru origins.
