Based in the southern hills of Montalcino, Uccelliera produces Rapace as a distinctive Tuscan blend combining Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grown on clay and limestone soils. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel followed by ageing in French oak barrels to build depth and structure. The warm 2021 vintage delivered expressive fruit balanced by freshness.
