Hollerin is a warm, sheltered site near Loiben with weathered gneiss and deeper soils, giving slightly broader expression. Classified as Smaragd, it reflects full ripeness and structure. The 2021 vintage was fermented in stainless steel and aged on fine lees to preserve clarity and texture.
