Based in Savennières, Thibaud Boudignon produces precise Chenin Blanc from carefully farmed, organic vineyards. Clos de la Hutte is a historic monopole vineyard planted on schist soils with volcanic influence, producing structured and age-worthy wines. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in French oak barrels, the wine balances texture and mineral tension. The 2021 vintage emphasised freshness and linearity. Compared to Anjou Blanc, Clos de la Hutte shows greater depth and structure, combining citrus, white peach and pronounced mineral backbone with long ageing potential.
