Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in French oak barrels, the 2021 vintage shows tension and clarity. Bottled in magnum, it benefits from slower evolution and extended ageing potential. Compared to standard format, the magnum maintains freshness longer while developing layered complexity and mineral depth over time.
