Based in Montagny, Domaine Cottenceau cultivates Chardonnay in Premier Cru vineyards on limestone slopes. Vigne de Soleil is sourced from well-exposed parcels delivering ripe fruit and structure. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in French oak barrels, the wine develops texture and complexity. The warm 2020 vintage shows generosity balanced by freshness. Compared to the 2021 vintage, this release is broader and more fruit-driven, combining ripe orchard fruit, citrus and subtle oak spice with layered mineral finish.
