Bois de la Croix is sourced from parcels planted on well-drained clay-limestone soils that provide both richness and mineral tension. Fermented with indigenous yeasts in French oak barrels and aged on fine lees, the wine develops texture and complexity while preserving freshness. The warm 2020 vintage delivered ripe fruit balanced by structured acidity.
