Based in Beaujolais, Domaine Jules Desjourneys cultivates Gamay across the granite and manganese-rich soils of Moulin-à-Vent. Fermented with indigenous yeasts using whole clusters and aged in French oak barrels, the wine develops structure and ageing potential. The cooler 2014 vintage emphasised precision and minerality.
