Based in the Mâconnais in southern Burgundy, Domaine Jules Desjourneys produces Chardonnay from limestone-rich vineyards across the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation. Fermented with indigenous yeasts in French oak barrels and aged on fine lees, the wine develops texture while preserving freshness. The warm 2019 vintage delivered ripe fruit balanced by mineral tension.
