Based in the Mâconnais, Domaine Jules Desjourneys farms Chardonnay on limestone soils typical of Pouilly-Loché. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in French oak barrels, the wine develops texture while preserving freshness. The warm 2019 vintage delivered ripe fruit and balanced acidity.
