Based in Chavanay in the northern Rhône, Domaine Faury farms steep granite terraces planted to both Syrah and Viognier. Condrieu La Berne Vieilles Vignes comes from older Viognier vines planted on granite slopes overlooking the Rhône River. Grapes are harvested by hand and fermented with indigenous yeasts in French oak barrels before ageing on fine lees to develop texture and complexity. The warm 2020 vintage delivered ripe fruit balanced by freshness.
