Based in the Rheingau, Weingut Eva Fricke cultivates steep hillside vineyards planted primarily to Riesling. Kiedrich Riesling Trocken comes from parcels surrounding the village of Kiedrich planted on loess and phyllite soils. Grapes are harvested by hand and fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel and large oak casks before ageing on fine lees. The 2023 vintage emphasised freshness and aromatic clarity.
