Pinot Noir Rosé Brut Nature is sourced from estate Pinot Noir vineyards planted on slate and loess soils. The base wine undergoes secondary fermentation in bottle followed by extended ageing on lees before disgorgement without dosage. The 2019 vintage delivered ripe fruit balanced by vibrant acidity.
