Located in the Mosel Valley, Weingut Markus Molitor produces Riesling from the celebrated Graacher Domprobst vineyard planted on steep blue slate slopes. Spätlese indicates later harvested grapes with natural sweetness balanced by vibrant acidity. Fermentation takes place in traditional oak fuder casks followed by extended lees ageing. The warm 2018 vintage delivered generous fruit and expressive aromatics.
