Located in the southern hills of Montalcino, Voliero produces Rosso Toscana from Sangiovese with small proportions of complementary varieties grown on clay and limestone soils. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel followed by maturation in oak barrels to build depth while preserving freshness. The balanced 2021 vintage delivered ripe fruit and vibrant acidity.
