Based in Turckheim in Alsace, Domaine Zind-Humbrecht produces Riesling Brand from the Grand Cru Brand vineyard planted on granitic soils that emphasise aromatic expression and mineral freshness. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts followed by ageing on lees to develop complexity. The warm 2018 vintage delivered ripe fruit balanced by lively acidity.
