This Chablis is sourced from a selection of vineyards planted on the region’s famous Kimmeridgian limestone soils, rich in fossilised marine sediments that contribute the wine’s distinctive mineral character. Fermentation and ageing take place primarily in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and varietal purity. The 2024 vintage offers remarkable clarity and balance, revealing aromas of green apple, lemon zest and white flowers, complemented by subtle oyster shell notes.
