Classique Brut is produced using the traditional method from a blend of Seyval Blanc, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir, grown in the estate’s vineyards near Baniewice, where long summer daylight hours and cool nights promote freshness and aromatic intensity. After primary fermentation, the wine undergoes secondary fermentation in bottle and extended lees ageing to develop complexity and finesse. The result is an elegant sparkling wine offering aromas of green apple, citrus and white flowers, complemented by subtle notes of brioche and toasted almonds. The palate is crisp and refreshing, supported by fine bubbles and a clean, mineral finish.
