Produced from organically and biodynamically farmed vineyards across southern Alsace, Domaine Dirler-Cadé is one of the region’s leading estates, renowned for its long-standing commitment to sustainable viticulture and terroir-driven wines. This Crémant d’Alsace Brut Nature is produced from a blend of Pinot Blanc, Auxerrois, Pinot Gris and Riesling, sourced from estate vineyards cultivated according to biodynamic principles. Made using the traditional method, the wine undergoes secondary fermentation in bottle and extended ageing on lees before disgorgement with no added dosage, allowing the purity of the fruit and vineyard character to take centre stage. The 2022 vintage displays aromas of citrus, green apple and white flowers, complemented by subtle notes of brioche and crushed stone. The palate is crisp and focused, combining fine bubbles, vibrant acidity and chalky minerality, leading to a refreshing and precise finish.
