This Crémant d’Alsace Rosé is produced exclusively from Pinot Noir grown on limestone-rich vineyards, with fruit carefully selected to preserve freshness and aromatic purity. Crafted according to the traditional method, the wine undergoes secondary fermentation in bottle followed by extended ageing on lees before disgorgement without dosage. The 2018 vintage reveals aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry and rose petal. The palate is precise and energetic, supported by fine mousse, vibrant acidity and a long, dry finish.
