Produced from organically and biodynamically farmed vineyards in the southern Jura, this Pinot Noir reflects the region’s cool-climate character and limestone-rich soils. The vines are planted on marl and limestone slopes, where moderate temperatures and careful vineyard management promote aromatic precision and freshness. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts and minimal intervention, followed by maturation in neutral oak barrels to preserve vineyard expression while adding subtle texture and complexity. The 2023 vintage displays aromas of red cherry, wild strawberry and gentle spice. The palate is elegant and finely structured, supported by fresh acidity, delicate tannins and a savoury finish.
