Based in Savennières, Thibaud Boudignon crafts structured Chenin Blanc from organically farmed vineyards. Clos de Fremine is planted on schist soils with higher elevation and exposure, producing focused and mineral wines. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in French oak barrels, the 2021 vintage highlights precision and acidity. Compared to Clos de la Hutte, Fremine is more linear and tension-driven, showing citrus zest, green apple and pronounced stony backbone with long, structured finish.
