Based in Savennières in the Loire Valley, Domaine du Closel Château des Vaults farms biodynamically on the historic Château des Vaults estate overlooking the Loire River. Belle Dame is a selection of Chenin Blanc from schist-rich soils within the Savennières appellation. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in French oak barrels with limited new oak, the wine emphasises texture and mineral expression. The balanced 2023 vintage shows freshness and aromatic clarity.
