Une Émotion is an Anjou Rouge made primarily from Cabernet Franc grown on schist soils near the Loire River. Fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel and aged in neutral oak barrels, it emphasises purity and balance. The warm 2022 vintage delivered ripe fruit with freshness.
