Based in Saumur in the Loire Valley, Château de Fosse-Sèche cultivates Cabernet Franc on limestone-rich soils farmed according to biodynamic principles. Éolithe is sourced from selected parcels planted on tuffeau limestone that produce structured and age-worthy wines. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in French oak barrels, the wine develops both depth and complexity. The warm 2015 vintage delivered concentration and ripe fruit. Compared with Laurasie, Éolithe shows greater intensity and structure, combining blackberry, spice and mineral notes with firm tannins and long finish.
