Based in Beaujolais, Domaine Jules Desjourneys cultivates old-vine Gamay on granite soils across the Fleurie cru. Sacré Graal is fermented with indigenous yeasts using whole clusters and aged in French oak barrels to build depth while preserving fruit expression. The warm 2017 vintage produced expressive fruit and supple structure.
