Mâcon-Verzé is sourced from parcels planted on clay-limestone slopes that promote freshness and aromatic clarity. Fermentation occurs with indigenous yeasts in French oak barrels, followed by ageing on fine lees to add texture while preserving fruit purity. The warm 2020 vintage delivered ripe orchard fruit supported by balanced acidity.
