Based in Beaujolais, Domaine Jules Desjourneys works with mature Gamay vineyards planted on decomposed granite soils across the crus. Morgon Vieilles Vignes comes from older vines that produce lower yields and greater concentration. Fermented with indigenous yeasts using partial whole clusters and aged in French oak barrels, the wine develops structure and complexity. The balanced 2016 vintage delivered both freshness and depth.
