Based in the Wachau, Weingut F. X. Pichler produces Trockenbeerenauslese only in exceptional vintages when botrytis develops fully on the grapes. This wine comes from the Loibenberg vineyard, where overripe Riesling berries are carefully selected by hand. Fermentation proceeds slowly to preserve the wine’s natural sweetness while maintaining acidity. The 2015 vintage produced highly concentrated fruit balanced by freshness.
