Based in the Rheingau, Weingut Eva Fricke farms organically across steep slate and quartzite vineyards overlooking the Rhine River. Kiedrich Riesling is sourced from parcels around the village of Kiedrich where loess and phyllite soils produce wines of both ripeness and structure. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel and large neutral oak casks followed by ageing on fine lees to build texture while preserving freshness. The warm 2022 vintage delivered expressive fruit balanced by vibrant acidity.
